Presenter: Robert (Bob) Holmes of Holmesco, Inc.

Mr. Holmes started in the masonry/concrete industry in 1982 selling admixtures for concrete and mortar. In 1986, he was selected as sales manager for Athens Brick. In 1990, he was named Sales Manager for Boral Brick. In 1993, he founded RK Holmes Company representing water repellent manufacturers, admixtures and tools. In 1994, he became the Prosoco Rep for North Texas. Over last 30 years that territory expanded to Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Holmesco Inc. now employs 5 additional sales and administrative staff, all of which are family. Holmesco Inc. represents Prosoco, Cetco, Koster, Albion and Lambert Southwest.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Mr. Holmes has had the opportunity to work on many projects, such as AT&T Stadium, North Texas Speedway, Bass Performance Hall, the Astrodome, Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans, and many more. In 2021, he founded the Maypearl Brick Academy. The Academy is a hands-on training center for cleaning, water repellents, and air barriers. Mr. Holmes resides in Maypearl, Texas, with his wife Glenda. He has 3 daughters and 10 grandkids.
