Introduction

The International Concrete Repair Institute (“ICRI”) is a global association of concrete repair professionals. The North Texas Chapter is an locally operated chapter of ICRI with a geographic reach that generally includes, but is not exclusive to, the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the greater North Texas area, and Oklahoma. We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. This privacy policy describes our policies and practices regarding collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will continue to update this privacy policy as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

ICRI National Information

As a member of ICRI, your personal data is collected and maintained by the National ICRI organization, whose own privacy policy can be found on their website, www.icri.org. The ICRI National website is maintained independently from the North Texas Chapter website, and vice versa. The National ICRI organization occasionally shares your basic contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number, email, employer info) with the North Texas Chapter to ensure that we are able to contact you. We use this website to maintain your contact information for the purposes of tracking your membership and contacting you. Your membership information is available to be viewed only by website administrators and other members who have logged into the website. Otherwise, the North Texas Chapter does not share your contact information with any third parties.

Non-Member Information

If you are not a member of the North Texas Chapter but have requested to be added to our mailing list, we may store your maintain your basic contact in our website database for the purpose of contacting you. If you are an expired member, we will continue to store your contact information on our website unless you request that it be removed. We do not share your contact information with any third parties. Non-member information is only accessible by website administrators.

Opt-Out

Whether you are a member or non-member, you may opt out of having your information stored on icrintx.org by submitting a request through the “Contact Us” page: https://icrintx.org/contact-us/. Please allow 30 days for your information to be removed. Opt-out requests related to the ICRI National website should be made in accordance with the privacy policy on www.icri.org. North Texas Chapter website administrators are unable to respond to requests related to the ICRI National website.
